360 Equine Free Treatment Terms and Conditions

1. By accepting the offer of free treatment by 360 Equine, you acknowledge that the practitioner is a student in Equine Myofunctional Therapy and not fully qualified. You also acknowledge that treatment information of your horse will be shared with the practitioner's school 'National College of Traditional Medicine', and will be kept confidential by lecturer Leslie Williamson.

2. 360 Equine is not a suitable replacement for a veterinary surgeon, if the horse/pony has sustained an injury or illness prior to treatment, 360 Equine reserves the right to decline treatment and recommend a veterinary professional.

3. Should there be an infectious/contagious outbreak of disease in the area where the horse/pony is kept, please inform 360 Equine no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment, or as soon as possible thereafter.

4. If you or anyone on the property has been in contact with somebody displaying COVID-19 symptoms, please inform 360 Equine no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment, or as soon as possible thereafter.

5. Whilst every care is taken during treatment, treatment of the animal is done entirely at the owner's risk.

6. 360 Equine cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal property, howsoever occasioned, whilst on a client premises.     

7. 360 Equine reserves the right to use photographic or videographic materials taken during the treatment for marketing purposes.

8. 360 Equine reserves the right to refuse treatment to any animal.
